Custom Workshop Collection Themes for Insurgency is a web development project that is ran by Mike "SpaceOddity" Bryan, also founder of insGamer, an Insurgency COOP community. The idea of custom themes for Steam Workshop Collections, specifically Insurgency, came about when working on another web development project. The need on the other project was to pull content (HTML mark-up) from another website, then to stylize (with CSS) the extracted data the way you desired it. While working on that project and taking breaks in-between by browsing Steam Workshop for Insurgency content, I found myself already mocking up the idea in my head for what you see here.
